Hi I post this here because i'm not sure where the problem is coming from

Sometimes the entire game goes in to slow motion, also the controller response feels slow. (Tested in Vateshran and VMA)

Anybody else experiencing this? Is there anything I can do?

Ps I am currently on a 50HZ 1080P TV, I will test on my 4K tomorrow.

Switch the video setting over to performance mode. The game will feel way smoother and possibly a bit sluggish, but I can assure it it’s only your eyes deceiving you because you are used to such choppy animations from the older gen version. Once you get used to the new visuals you will love it.

That said fidelity mode is stunning, but sometimes has that choppy feel to it that you can experience in over crowded zones.

Also wire your console to your router, stay off wifi for better experience.

Yesterday I had no issues like this, i ran VMA 2 times.

But now after the update:

I have already been killed 3 times this.. Interrupt not working well on troll.
I hit the troll 3 times with crushing shock nothing happens he keeps destroying platform.

Again no clue if it has to do with the update but still....

I have also tested on the 4K, same issues...

One thing I have noticed when I run outside the arena I am fast, as soon as I take the portal everything slows down even without enemies.

I am wired, have 60MBit down and 25 Up so that should be ok.

I’m telling you it’s because we are used to playing an inferior product. Visually it’s an adjustment trust your muscle memory and your eyes will get used to the new visuals. You probably felt faster before because the frame rate was a bit jerky. It’s smooth as butter right now and that makes it “feel” sluggish. I would go test it in a couple random normals to get the feel for it first. That’s what I did and I’m starting to like the smoothness.

Ooops..

Video mode has a save button...
After setting it to Performance and pressing the save button all issues disappeared.

Most important the input lag disappeared...


Can be closed..
