How is everyone enjoying console enhanced?

Choosing ‘Take All’ when looting (probably taking individual items, too, but I never use that), firing skills in combat and using assistants were what I noticed. I think I would say it’s across the board. It’s very brief for me but noticeable. Performance mode seems fine, though.

This PS5 owning, ESO PS4 Digital Copy owning individual would just like to be able to be able to "put" myself "in" to Console Enhanced ESO, as was promised. Please get Sony to straighten this out, stat, with the miscommunication, as this is supposed to be a free upgrade for ALL PS4 version owners of ESO, not just physical copies, with the disc... *sigh*

Hey, thanks for the response!

There is basically a noticeable sluggish feeling when executing skills or just walking, for example, when I push my thumbsticks my character starts walking just a tad later. Skills don't execute right away when pushing the corresponding button, It's hard to make a video about it to further elaborate but It just doesn't feel responsive.

Can’t tell you how it’s going bc I can’t currently even get the enhanced version from the PS store for my PS5. I have the digital version and when selecting the enhanced free upgrade it says cannot install bc disc is required -__-

Xbox Series X and 4K TV it's actually more enjoyable then my PC atm. I have a lot more work to do on my console characters though

I've been on the enhanced version of ESO since April 2014, and I've been enjoying it immensely!

From what I'm finding so far the extra frame rate in performance mode makes the game look much better than the subtle differences in shading and draw distance you get with Fidelity mode.
I'm actually surprised they needed to drop the FPS down to 30 for Fidelity mode in the first place to get those effects running. On PC I could max everything out @ native 4k and still get nearly 30fps on an older AMD 4GB RX 570 (my new 3080 does 100-110). Considering that I truly thought the PS5 enhanced would be able to do the equivalent of max settings locked at 60 FPS.
So I'm a bit disappointed in the graphical overhaul but I am very pleased with the faster load times which seems to be at least 50% faster.

Edit: Went to Cyro to try PvP at 60Fps in Performance mode and realized all the combat text is detached from the target and displays in the far left/middle and overlaps itself becoming unreadable when doing multi-target damage.

Xbox one x is about 5 years old, doesn’t have a native SSD and significantly less power processor and gfx than the series x. Whilst it will not run eso at 4K/60 it will run at 4K/<30

The series x is a lot more powerful , and tbh the xb1x wasn’t exactly a slouch for its time

Played for 4 hours this evening and did vet Rock grove. Not a single load screen or screen between zones. Love it!

No HDR fix, but at this point I’ve given up and really care less cause there are other games to play.

Fidelity vs Performance(60fps) - When I switch between the two I only see more detailed shadowing in Fidelity mode and not this massive visual update over Performance. No way I pick anything but Performance mode in 60fps.

Does Performance mode still use the higher, ultra textures, draw distance and etc but just is 1440p?

I have both the enhanced PS5 version and copy on my high end gaming PC with a Samsung 970 Pro SSD, Ryzen 3600X, 16gb ram@3800 mhz 16-16-16 timings, and a RTX 3080.
Max settings on the PC still look better than the enhanced PS5 in Fidelity mode and I can get 110fps vs. 30fps. Load times are very close with my PC having maybe a slight advantage, talking like 3 seconds vs. 4 seconds to transit keeps in Cyro and 7 seconds v 10 seconds to change zones.
