I really like companions

Feels like they refresh the world and give reasons to explore again. I found myself going places I haven't seen in years...or let's face never seen. Lastly more willing to quest with companions...I might actually finish cadewell sliver which has been on to do list for 5 years

P.S 😘 zos give them gear inventory

I agree and find them a very welcome addition to the game! As a new feature, I expect they will evolve and improve over time.

Overall, I don't like them -- but maybe they will improve over time. The repetitive dialog could really use some expansion.

The most annoying thing: Always getting in the way! I try to loot dead NPC's, or open a chest, or talk to the banker, or whatever -- and instead I get into a conversation with Bastion. Either they need to stay further away from other interactable targets, or we need a different keybind specifically for companions.

I agree totally. With Mirri at range it didn't seem so bad, but with Bastion standing on every lootable corpse it gets VERY stupid VERY fast. Once I get him to max level and no longer need to manage skills/slots etc. it will get even worse I fear. Assigning a different key to interact for companions (or even turn it off completely) has my vote too.

I was hoping for more customization. Why can't I give them a custom outfit. I want to outfit them with the same gear style as myself.

You can only use style table and you can add evry armor and wepeon style you have. Only choose companion. I did it was very easy to do.

Just like a player, you first have to select from the dropdowm menu at the top and select Companion Outfit. You can do this at the Outfit Station or within the Companion's menu, scrolling all the way up past Overview. After making that selection you can now edit their outfit.

Just Today, I decided to start working on the only quest I've allowed to stay on my bar the past few years. ( Calwells silver)... No companion myself( fiercely solo ) but I want the skill points as my main is needing as many as he can get for crafting. But it's crazy to see this post today for me!!

It's actually an option. Check in companion menu. I use costume cause I am lazy but I see custom ones often

I'm not very impressed yet but I will develop them more and see what happens. I just really hate rapport.

Rapport definitely needs balance adjustments. I feel like they are trying to push rapport scroll we saw on pc. But yeah some activities need way more rapport points then what they are giving especially if they want us to do it on multiple characters
