Endeavours when?

Any updates to when this is coming? It passed maintenance that is closest to the middle of the month but it's still not out yet. Anyone know more specifics about its release date?

Maybe I miss read/heard, but I seen some mentioning when the new crates come is when endeavors will be available.

They said it would launch with the next crown crate
The current one end in 3 days according to the crown store

Yeah they want the endeavours to come out at the same time as a new crate season.

I'm hoping that's because they don't want people complaining there isn't enough time to get all the radiant apex mounts or whatever before the crates change over, which would mean they do expect that to normally be possible. But I have no idea what the thinking behind it is.

(I don't actually want all the radiant apex mounts, I'm mainly interested in the legendary tier items, but I know that's how the entire system is going to be judged when we get to see the prices so I'm hoping it is something that's possible for the people who want it.)

I didn't do anything with endeavours on the PTS, so forgive me if this is a silly question, but is there anything we need to do to get ready for endeavours-- some quest to complete or anything like that-- or will they just automatically be available once they go live in a few more days?

When I played the pts to try out companions there was nothing needed to do to prepare. I accidentally achieved some seals by just leveling the companion on the pts and I bought some mounts there. I know the prices will be different though. On the pts everything was almost no seals of endeavours since it was just a test.

There's nothing you need to do. They're kind of like achievements in that they're automatically active and it's possible to complete them without even knowing about them, but there is also a menu listing all the current ones so if you want to make an effort to complete them you'll know what to do.

It might turn out that they're on a predictable cycle so once the system is in place some players might want to plan for that - for example if you know an endeavour like completing a master writ or treasure map is coming up soon you might want to save one to do then, or if you know tomorrow will require you to complete a Thieves Guild heist but you won't have time you might want to do it today and then turn it in tomorrow. But there's no way to plan for that yet because we don't know what the schedule will be.
