Wishlist for Companions

Saw couple threads now where people asking for a specific NPC to have them as companion.
Just wanted to create another one, but then i thought i keep it more open where everyone can post the ideas, rather than creating another thread about my favoured npc-companion.

So here is my hope, as it's the most beautiful npc i've seen in the game and was the first who came in my mind, even after all those years past, when i've done brotherhood:

Mirabelle Motierre

Other than her,

• Valaste,
• Quen,
• Princess Svana ,
• hell, Lyranth would be interesting and fun as well... maybe even my second choice after mirabelle. But it would be strange when she dies because of an aoe of some troll, so maybe she should be more like an unkillable, but just buffing (not fighting herself) only companion.

I allready posted this on another thread but if it's okay, I will add my thought in this here, too.

What about completly beeing able to customize one via the character-creator, just as if you would create a new player character for yourself. You can edit the entire appearance from race to hight, bodyshape, face, ... just everything as you used to be. Even the voice by having choices on different pre-set editings of the recordings to fit different characters (higher voice, lower voice, hissing undertone, etc.)

That would not only solve the problem of clones for good, but also improve on realy living your own story within the game. 'Cause at least this character will be the one you're ment to completly share it from that moment on. So I think you being able to realy customize them to the fullest would be the greatest.

Isn't Mirrabelle dead though?

And Svana is Jarl of Haafingar and candidate to be High Queen of Western Skyrim, so she'd be a bit busy.

That would indeed solve the problem of these so-called clones... but these new "original" companions would have no personality whatsoever, no likes and dislikes, no story, no quest, no achievements, no romancing, nothing at all... just a soulless generic character that follows you around and probably looks good. For that, just party up with another player and go have fun together. The idea of companions is not only to have some backup when you play solo, but also (and mainly, in my opinion) to play around with the "new" mechanics they bring. I'd rather wait for the new expensive crown store companions.
