Yesterday I tried to open a chest... I talked to Mirri instead... I moved to the side and tried to open the chest again... then I grabbed a torchbug instead and Mirri started to rant -.-

I wish I couldn’t hear what Mirri says to ME! The first couple of times she said, “fetching / fetcher” was comical - but it is literally in every new interaction with her during the personal quests. It is excruciatingly-lazy writing, and just makes her sound uneducated… and not cool or edgy, at all.

I wish there was a key to press to activate pushing the companion away. Just get out of my way!

In the Dragon's Dogma video game you could pick them up and throw them off cliffs. Which was refreshing when they kept getting in the way. 😂

Yeah, I think after I level her up & get bored selling the Companion gear I find while doing it, I will put her back in storage because it is THAT annoying.

I didn't want to use that on principal, but I may just start now because I noticed I am getting a bit jumpy now when I "accidentally" harvest bugs, expecting to get yelled at & see that dreaded message in the lower right corner, telling me Mirri saw that & was not amused(paraphrasing).
When she isn't even summoned.

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH HARVESTING BUG PARTS MIRRI!

I only started using it because as mentioned already in the thread every crafting station, container, node... basically every single 'activator' (or however they are called in this game) suddenly became Mirri Elendis and it was starting to erode my mental well-being.

I found myself grinding my teeth upon hearing 'change of plans?' and this is no bueno.
