Just asking if this might be a feature in the future, I'd gladly pay to swap servers with my fully leveled account.
For Example, I'm 1550cp on PS4 NA and would like this account to be on EU rather.

✭✭✭✭✭I'm extremely doubtful that there will ever be an option to copy your account from one server to another.
But as someone who began playing on PC NA and later began playing on PC EU as well, I can attest to how much fun it can be to create a new set of characters on "the other server," whether that happens to be NA or EU in anyone's particular case.
To be sure, starting anew from scratch can be tedious and painful; yet there is also something oddly liberating from having a clean slate to start from-- at least, there was for me.
