Five piece set Glitches

Sometimes when i move from one region to another, some pieces of the sets on my toon lose they EFFECT, as if i were not wearing them. This issue seems to happen to random pieces of the sets on the toon. A concrete example of the said issue concerns the Drake's Rush set on one of my tank toons. For instance, the set worked fine in Alik'r Desert and i got Major Heroism by bashing the beetles. But when i started a dungeon fight with the set, the BASH bonus was gone. No major heroism by bashing unless i removed the Set and re-equiped it. Moreover, the toon sometimes suffered more than losing just the Bashing bonus from Drake's Rush set. I also noticed reduced HP and stamina as well, which means more then one piece of the set were "gone".
This is really disturbing, cause ppl can go into serious fight without knowing this issue. Therefore, please check and confirm it. Hopefully this will get fixed with the next patch.
