I can suggest her hiring circumstances: Lyranth asks you to deal with some of her problems, but due to quest you obtain something many times more valuable (artifact or knowledge). Next we offer her this thing in exchange of her loyalty until our soul will travel to the Aetherius (means death). And after the deal is done, she founds we aren't a little mortal but immortal soul-shriven! She curses us and swears that she will find a way to gift us with the true death, but until then she will follow the conditions.

Nah, while I enjoyed her in Coldharbour, in the blackwood prologue quest(haven't bought chapter yet), she just got on my last nerves with little mortal this, and little mortal that... would rather have Gabriel, Darien, Naryu, or Raz
