[Xbox Series X] Trying to equip costume on companion shows error UI

Basically can’t equip costumes on companions. I only get to equip...what I am guessing....is the first costume on my list. No clue because all I see is this error screen.

Is this a known issue?

    no problem here, have you tried to restart the game?

    The Enhanced 90gig patch download fixed the issue. More then likely I had a corrupted file during the download of the prior week Blackwood patch.
