My game crashes every time I change characters

My game crashes every time I change characters... After the Blackwood update, I can't change characters anymore, whenever I change the game it crashes on the loading screen and I have to restart, I can't do the craft daily in all characters because of this problem, fix this ***.

I have 8GB, but it's a notebook, the consumption is a little higher anyway, but I never had this problem I mentioned, it only started after the blackwood update, note that I don't have performance problems in the game, when I log on first character I can play normally, but when I change the character, the game simply crashes (I've already checked the use of ram and it's just what's in the screenshot)

I forgot to mention, after the game crashes, I have to restart the laptop because it keeps giving directX error when I click to enter the game, just restarting the laptop that solves, I have no idea what to do, I've updated the directX, already I inserted directX files, Microsoft C++, I no longer have "solutions" for this problem.

I7 8550U
8GB RAM DDR4
SSD 500GB
MX150 2GB

Model: Lenovo Ideapad 330

I play on this laptop for 1 year, never had this problem, this started after blackwood update.
