PS4 NA Bug

I have morphed Cleansing Ritual into Ritual of Retribution. This skill now does damage to npc’s in towns. The tool tip reads “enemies”.

Prior to the patch, this morph only did damage to the enemies.

I’ll have to check, but I’m almost 100% sure no Templar skills can not harm innocents. I only use my stamplar in Cyro so it is not a problem that I have seen.

    Must be a bug.

Shouldn’t matter if it’s on or off. It reads “enemies” and never did this before. Shards also does damage to innocent NPC’s in towns.

Same thing happens with Mystic Orb after Blackwood nerfs/changes. Before it was targetting only enemy NPCs (red name), now if prevent attacking innocents is disabled it attacks neutral NPCs and critters/livestock as well. Use it once in city and you end up with 1k bounty. This is so inconsistent - other DoT/AoE spells are not targeting neutral mobs, why orb and ritual do?

Encountered this bug on PC too.

    Prevent Attacking Innocents is on.

Ritual of Retribution affects critters as well as hostiles in dungeons. Do all those rats really need to be slain by the sacred light of the Aedra? :#
