Does not grant the buff on any target below 25% HP - But only 400wd below 25% ? And here I am trying to counter the meta in thoerycrafting and testing, looks like nobody tests stuff on console still. 😂
And no I'm not going to share screenshots or help devs find the problem I dont get paid for that you do. Find it fix it or keep the set bugged forever and the game stays broken I really dont care. But if I find an exploit I will make sure to report it because of how the exploits are address and not fixing things that could be good to counter the metas. 😂
