Are people surprised by this? Every chapter/DLC the daily drops are absolute total donkey junk. This is by design as we know in the future they will add some content to the game like furniture plans or a new motif and add it to the current ones in order to make us go back and do old obsolete content. Perfect example of this is Western Skyrim, we all did the Harrowstorms and delve dailies until our eyes bled....than they add a new motif and vampire/solitude plans to the reward cache. It'll happen again.

Thing is, it began well... Clasps, Motifs, Leads etc but now nothing of note. I wouldn't even mind doing them if they only dropped the Clasp, they're so rare.

I have done 3000 summerset dailies already, and hundrets of elsweyr. They have a guaranteed reward of furnishing mats.

I skip Murkmire, as the droprate for Hackwing Plumage is too low, so farming it does not justify the amount of time you must invest. You earn much more doing daily writs.

Same with Blackwood now unfortunately.

I don't understand these steps back after the Solitude furnishing required no special material at all. This is very inconsistent, and a disappointment concerning this new chapter for me.
Not at all encouraging to spend time there.
I guess it soon will be as deserted as Murkmire.

Well I got:

1. No recipes
2. 2 motif pages
3. 3(!) boat leads

I'm more interested why overland sets don't drop style mats on deconstruction but RG sets do

I got no style pages but one boat lead. I really love the boat. Maybe it’s better than a motif page, lol!

The overland sets with existing motifs definitely drop style mats. I got a bunch of Ivory Brigade Clasps from deconning Frostbite stuff today

It's par for the course for me, I usually end up having to buy motif bits I'm missing anyway. I am confused about the clasp things though, I thought in other zones the style mats were a guaranteed drop? I have had two boat leads drop though, which is nice.

Pretty sure motifs are locked to one a day. As for style materials well just breakdown unneeded gear.

The zone is dead already. Hardly anyone there and its been that way pretty much since it launched.
Have to wait 30+ minutes for people to come kill a boss and you are lucky if its more than one or two people.

The content is a week old, they should be getting swarmed and dropping as soon as they spawn.

20h cooldown on motifs granted by daily quests, it's a thing since a patch after Southern Elsweyr release.

This happened to me last night. Went up to a world boss for a daily, expected a group there already, but no one. Had to wait a bit before someone finally showed up.

I am still surprised by the lack of people.

As said, people levelling companions (go & do dolmens anywhere and see them) plus farming the lead in Shadowfen. Or sitting in portals.

And why should they be ‘getting swarmed’? Rather glad they aren’t.

Ask for help on guild/zone chat. Usually there's always someone who answers.
