They did it again? With showing the Stonehusk battle on Dragon-Bridge...
Seems like they want to do that kind of gameplay with how often they show it

I played the chapter - still want NPC armies.
The chapter is not over yet

The Chapter released on PC on June 1st so a lot of people already finished the chapter already, whereas the console players just got it like 2 days ago I think. Also, the Chapter was on the PTS, so some PC players already started exploring the chapter weeks before the release on June 1st.
Okay I'll spell it out for you, since you seem to not understand.. Remember the Reach.? The last part of the Western Skyrim story.? It was added AFTER the chapter.. They can do the same thing again here, if they choose to.. Give it time, let the chapter unfold fully before tearing out their throats.. The intro movie could just be showing things to come, something to look forward to

Yeah... it is played out. As I understand, there will be no more areas this year, so what we have coming up are two dungeons. Not sure how they would make a a big battle in that context, but then I suppose it is possible. Not counting on it though, after the happy endings and all.

Just because our characters don't get to see it or live through it doesn't mean that it didn't happen. The action in the trailers falls into that category, since our characters are never shown in them.
I've played the story - there is no word on tensions between Leyawiin and Gideon.
Also I am an advocate of "Show don't Tell"
The trailers are there to say "Hey - this is what you'll see in the game" but we don't.
(EDIT: this is a gameplay trailer - not a cinematic trailer)
My problems with marketing aside - I've wanted NPC armies since launch back in 2014, still waiting on it
