Getting fed-up

I love ESO; been playing it every day for about 1.5 years now, and my main (a DK Imperial tank) is about 975 CP. That being said, I've never found a more buggy, crash-prone game in my entire life. I'm a long-time ESO + member; what am I paying for every month if I can't even log on to play?

Since the Blackwood patch, things seem to have gotten worse--I spent 2 hours today trying to log on, only to crash repeatedly! I've tried numerous recommendations: disable all add-ons, decrease graphic settings to their lowest point, repair the launcher, download an older version of XCode, etc., to no avail. Ironically, the game even crashed when I tried to reload decreased graphics settings, and when I tried to submit a ticket to ZOS, the website didn't work!

Any help, folks? For reference, I'm using a 2017 Macbook Pro running Big Sur 11.4. Again, I love the game, and would like to keep playing--especially since I just paid for Blackwood!--but this is ridiculous. If nothing improves re crashing, I'll be uninstalling soon.

I've been having similar problems, but for Xbox. I keep getting booted back to the main menu whenever I am loading my character or whenever I am in a loading screen. And it's been like this for hours. Whenever I do load into the game, I think I'm okay, but then whenever I go somewhere and have to deal with another loading screen, that's when I get taken back to the main menu. I can't play this game at all anymore, it seems. Yeah, the game's probably heavily populated right now, but when I keep getting kicked off the game at 2-3 AM in the morning when most people are asleep, that's when it becomes a problem. My previous solution (which is resetting the internet router) does not seem to be working at all for me anymore, no matter how many times I try it. I might have to wait a week before I can play again, but if it's giving me the same problems by then, then I don't know what to even do.

Well problem #1: why would you ever try and game on a mac? Macs are fantastic for work and security and aesthetics, but have never been any good for even the smallest of games. Furthermore, you're fairly new still brother. It's been this way forever. It's even been faaaaar worse. It's why console community is so small now. I would definitely uninstall if you're on mac and use the membership money to invest into a console or a PC.
