Console PS4/Pro/5 Perfected gear is dropping on normal. Please fix.

It’s in the title. I know I saw a thread about this when it released on PC but it’s happening on console too. I assume since perfected and non-perfected gear are compatible now, the game is mistaking them as the same piece and occasionally dropping them in place of normal versions in normal content. Someone pulled a perfected inferno from the nRG yesterday.
