Block Player Feature is Broken.

It seems as though the ingame block feature is broken.
This evening I whispered by someone that I have had blocked for a long time due to constant whispers from them, and also toxicity in zone chat. They seen me in game tonight an were able to whisper me calling me unpleasant things. I was shocked they were able to whisper me at all and when i went to 'reblock' them I got the error that this player is already blocked (as i thought) but regardless they are still able to whisper me. This needs fixed asap.

    I noticed this bug also. Someone I have had blocked for ages (sends *** pics, verbally abusive of wife while playing) started having their messages appear in guild chat. I unblocked and reblocked them but their messages still show. It was definitely not showing their messages in guild chat before the last patch.
    This is a very serious bug and leaves players exposed to bullying and harrassment. Needs to be fixed ASAP.

    This is happening to me too on NA PS4 server. I’d really like this corrected as this is a serious issue that can be easily exploited by bullies and abusers.
