Both PC and PS5-Green and purple/pink color popping up on some assets.

I need to know if this is just my new 4k tv or if anyone else is having this issue. When I summon my mount, it briefly has green color, for like a second then it's normal until I unmount/remount. This is also happening with some assets (trees, shrubs, some rock surfaces) anywhere from 20-30 meters away.
Drivers are up to date on PC, but since this is also PS5, it makes me think it is either the game, or my tv, both hdr on and off. Seems like nobody can help or has no idea. All I can find is that TCL has dithering issues, but no other games has this issue.

Idk, I tried a few other games, NMS, Miles Morales, even Fallout 76 didn't have any texture issues. I go back into ESO and it's just too noticeable. Not entirely sure how I'd replicate it exactly besides running around and letting assets load, but I saw nothing out of the ordinary on those games.

Seeing as how the same exact thing is happening on both platforms, not to mention, I forgot I have PC running at 1080 resolution, ps5 currently 4k, I can't help but blame the game.

PS4 4K HDR for ESO is overly saturated color on 4K TV compared to regular HD.

I do not have a problem with other games but ESO is really bad.

It's not hdr I have an issue with.

That's strange. I had one day in the game where my toon was stuck looking like a transparent green/pink ghost, sort of how your video demonstrates. It definitely was a texture issue that resolved itself. I was able to laugh that one off. The fact that it's happening to you so consistently between two platforms is VERY odd.

It's much worse on PC. The only thing I could find was that TCL displays are known to have dithering issues. But I tried Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 for PC both running at 1080 res, like ESO, no issues like this. Tried CP77 at full 4k, no texture issues like this. I went back to an old 1080 LG tv, it didn't do this, so it's the tv or something with 4k.

I'm going to have to wait until the actual next gen version comes out to see if there's a change, going back to PS4 slim and I do not have this problem, but it doesn't solve the fact that even on PC at 1080, I still have it.

Seems like the only thing I can do to fix it, is run my ps5 at 1080 and keep 4k set in video settings in ESO. For PC, set sub sampling at ugly medium, or set pc display to at most 1440...
Seems like nobody has a freaking clue why this is happening. No idea if my tv is rgbw as stated even though the led indicates bgr based of inspection- which this tv is not, and if it is rgbw, is that the reason? No answers anywhere.
If it is because of ps4 version on ps5 then why would it happen on my pc? Not a single person apparently has this issue on 4k with this game...
