Cooldown timer bugs

Noticing a few bugs:
-merciless resolve timer sometimes vanishes and will not show again until the spectral bow procs
- wall of elements and twisting path timers randomly vanish and reappear mid-cooldown
-bone armor and spirit mender timers will vanish if either skill is used during the others cooldown (ie, spirit mender timer vanishes when executing bone armor, and vice versa)
