The new one in Blackwood....that is somewhat like Choxith from Murkmire. A world event npc. Don't click if you don't want spoilers about this npc's entire deal from beginning to end!
By Azura, By Azura, By Azura! It's another adoring fan. And he's got quite the tale. It's funny that ZOS managed to both fufill everyone's wish to see a fan meet an unfortunate end. And still make it actually kind of sweet. I actually found myself thinking his ending was tragic. Haha. Great nostalgia feels. Made me want to boot up Oblivion again.

This stupid dumb npc is so far my favorite thing about the expansion but I haven't gotten very far.

    It just gets worse and worse lol. I also thought it was a nice change up from it's inspiration.
