Any way to force update the pts.?

I'd like to test some of the new item sets from Blackwood on the pts, but my gear collection is from about a month or so ago.. So all the new gear that I collected is not there.. Is there any way to update it.?

✭✭✭✭✭The PTS only copies when ZOS makes a copy, and there's not likely to be another copy of a server until they start testing Update 31.
However, I'd guess the Q3 DLC will probably release around the beginning of September, so the PTS should be starting around mid July-ish.0
