Pale order group pve only!?

I would love it if the recent change to pale order only had its diminishing effectiveness while in a pve area. I used to use this on a couple of PvP builds, it's now useless, unless you play solo. You cant even join a BG with it.
I was genuinely pleased that this change was made for healers, but I would love it to still have a place in PvP.

I meant that people wished for a Pale Order nerf, and they got exactly the nerf they asked for. But now it's not the "right" nerf because it's nerfed in PVP groups too....but it's what some people wanted, and now you got it.1 -
