Every time there is an event or a dlc release we lag like crazy. This one I go from 200ms to 600ms.
You guys made millions of everyone.
You don't have any excuse all these years later.
Get your act together.

I haven't lagged at all, and I'm using a laptop built 4 years ago... Are you sure your graphics card and CPU aren't the problem?

The problem isn't on their end, if it was then everyone would be affected by lag when there is an event or a dlc. This is an issue with your internet or setup. Personally, like others that have posted, I never have any lag on this game, which kind of proves the point.

These things are measurable and easily documented. So when someone says something that is exactly opposite of years of documented evidence it really stands out.

I'm sorry, but lag is a pervasive issue that affects every part of the endgame community. Unless you are spending your time exclusively doing quests, getting fishing achievements and roleplaying in Vulkhel Guard, you have definitely experienced lag.
And suggesting that it's a problem on our side is hilarious, when ZOS themselves have decided to gut gameplay in order to combat the issue (talking about the unsuccessful AoE & crosshealing tests and the group size decrease) .
I've noticed from past forum discussions and zone chat in Cyrodiil (PC/NA/GH) that while a lot of individuals experience lag, it may not be 100% of players. However, I experience pretty severe lag in Cyrodiil. On a good day it's manageable, on a bad day it's not what I would call playable (skills won't work, animations stop halfway, sliding around while still stunned, 20 seconds of damage hits all at once, etc). My FPS don't drop much but the game becomes much less responsive.
I don't have these issues with other MMOs which I am able to run smoothly on higher settings.
This may be a dumb question, but is there a way to test my internet connection to determine if it is in fact my isp? I ran a speed test from my PC and I have (based on 3 tests) 86-98Mbps DL, 10Mbps UL and 25-28 ms Ping. My PC is connected with CAT 6 cable.
PC Specs: R7 2700x, GTX 1070, 32 GB RAM, game is installed on 500gb SSD.
Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
Do not do a speed test from your ISP u need to use a VPN to do a speed test because, ISP speed test will be lying, and u be seeing what they want u to see.

"Some ISPs have tagged the IP address of speed test, and always allow the full connection to that site, so your tests will always come up nice and fast.
Try the Netflix speed test for more accurate results."
