DK as well as the other four original classes have lost a lot of what made them unique. Now a shell of it's former glory, a lot of Mag DK's abilities don't really excel at anything. So why don't we take the ability that is the worst at everything it does and make good at 1 of those things?
I understand that the other 4 base classes are in the boat with many of their abilities and it sucks, but i'm here to get Mag DK back into competitive pvp. So what do we want changed? Simply push the morphs of inhale further into their new effect descriptions.
Deep Breath
- No longer have a target requirement for activating the ability (no more wasted magic)
- No longer damage or heal on the initial cast
- Increase final explosion damage by about 50% (puts the damage right between fissure and blast bones)
- Reduce cost to 2500-300 magic
Draw Essence
- No longer have a target requirement for activating the ability (no more wasted magic)
- Increase initial hit's damage by about 10-20% (this is for more damage for the heal to be calculated from)
- Reduce cost to 2500-300 magic (the magic return is percent based so no changes in targets required for full return)
Take one morph for healing and sustain, and the other for damage and chance CC. No, we wont get a stamina morph, change in passives or wings back. Best we can do is ask to have this abilities morphs new effects to be pushed further to their descriptions.
