Please reconsider the restricted group size limit!

In overland zones and housing and Cyro, at the very least, there shouldn’t be such a restriction. It’s better for the community to let us have large groups.

Not happening. My assumption is the way the client tracks group members across instances to try and keep them together is extremely taxing. It’s nothing new but as we get companions and more objects/interactions to track that can be used between players it’s becoming more of a factor in PVE.

Best to just nip it in the bud now and free up the system resources than wait till later.

I would support increasing the player group cap in cyro only if zos removes the horrible mechanic known as cross healing. You should not be able to heal players without facing them or across walls and floors.
    pvp sucks.

I'd just assume get rid of cross healing out of group.

"In order to introduce NPCs to play with we will limit the way you play with real people"

ZoS should fix their code if it's such an issue and not push a half finished project like companions. 24 already felt limiting if you come from most other MMOs, but now they are literally taking the "massive" out of "MMO".

Why would anyone want to be in a group bigger than 12. It's just too many talking at once I think it's a good thing. Gives you the opportunity to get to know players rather than being just a number. Plus hopefully it will make zones better to load into and not lag out like Alikir dolmen zero. Honestly the amount of people zerging there has become ridiculous.

Because it's not just about pvp, there are role playing groups and or guilds with many more members that 24. Who maybe do group coordinated activities. PvP is a very small portion of the player population.

Do you want larger groups mainly for the group chat for RP? ZOS could add a way to make larger chat groups without all the things that affect performance such as shared kills, quest triggers and group buffs.

I think that would help the RPers yes! But more importantly some guilds run overland clear events which means guild member sign up to group to gain WB kills dolmen clears and achievements. This hinders being able to run fun events for guilds to bond and experience the game in large groups. You know I understand what Zos is saying, however 24 man has been around a long time. Are we just finding out it supposedly hurts performance that I can't buy. What I do think is it was bad coding to begin with and it got put through. But that is just speculation on my part. Limiting groups to small size is a bad move for the social aspect of the game.
