Does the perk from Thunderous Volley remain active if I weapon swap?

Perk: Increases the damage Volley deals by 430 each tick. This bonus increases by 143 every time Volley ticks, up to a maximum of 8 times.

So if I switch from my bow bar to my dual wield bar, is that perk still active? And if so, what bar's stats are determining the damage I'm doing (i.e., if my bow bar's weapon damage is 3500 and my duel wield bar's weapon damage is 4500, when I switch from bow to duel wield, what value is determining my damage? I know this is not the clearest question ever. I can't think of how else to word it.

Yes, it is still active. It would be the damage on your bow bar as that was the bar it was on when the Volley skill was used. Some skills and perks carry over when bars are swapped, typically DOT damage. Its similar to the damage boost from MA staves to light attacks while Wall of Elements is up, however that damage would be on whatever bar you at light attacking on.
