Account Creation/ Linking Failed/ Verification Server (Xbox One: Fix)

I just login into my ESO account on my computer and it is still there, it also says that I am linked to my Xbox One account on my console. However upon logging into ESO after work today I receive account creation / linking failed. I noticed that after I did a hard reset on my Xbox One by unplugging the cord from the Xbox power box for 40 seconds and clearing the cache, logging in the third time my account worked and everything was linked.
