Missing account

My wife and I have started playing ESO at the end of February. We liked the game, so we bought the upcoming expansion and eso plus subscription for both of our xbox accounts. While trying to play today we tried to log her account in and it appears to be completely gone. The ESO plus subscription is still active and the expansion is still purchased but the xbox account and character is gone. what are we needing to do to get this character and the items she bought back? any help would be appreciated.

not sure what went on but after trying to log on for a couple of hours it just came back. Guess it was a hiccup or someone tripped over the server wires.
