Is there really a "full set piece bug" currently or is that only a rumor on the bug forum?

I've read that full set bonuses are randomly bugging and you have to take off all the gear and put it back on anytime you zone or die in order to get the bonus to work again. Is this true or not? I've noticed it myself randomly at times with my cowards set not providing the runspeed buff, but I thought it was nothing at the time but now I am not so sure.

Yes, right now there are a lot of proc sets that are bugging out, and this also extends to arena weapons. I've gotten in the habit of going naked through any doors and reequipping everything on the other side just to make sure my proc sets work.
...just make sure your groupmates know you're doing that. Someone pulled the first trash mob in nRG early the other day, and it's a bit tough to try to tank them with no armor or weapons equipped...1
