Companions, per character customisation

On companions, was hoping each individual character , would be able to customise the companion in a look to pair up with them and match what ever they have on as i make my characters all different and theme them accordingly. But it seems if dress up your companion in one style , that style is applied across your acct, so when i summon the companion on another differently themed character, it is already dressed up, as i had for my previous character, there is no individual customisation when comes to outfitter styles for companion. Granted costumes give that, but surprised outfitter does not. Oh well.

Other thing that irks me with them as well if you spec one as tank on one character , and say want healer on another you have to take off the gear you gave them for tank and arm them as healer and change their skills, again i thought would be individual per character but its acct wide also the setup of gear across your alts. No individuality per character. So is lot of faffing about with them, so ideally we need a third. So as can set up the 3 roles of heal, tank, dps. Without having to change gear out on them every time we want them to full fill another role. Seems quite limited the way they have done it.

It makes sense to me. They are a single electronic person that is your companion, not a different electronic person for each of your characters. My intention when I get them (I'm on console so not there yet) is to unlock both and have them set up for different roles.
