Two bastions yet only 1 spot....

So someone had summoned their bastion and then I summoned mine and it gave my companion the spot without kicking the other...
I also saw both of them during fight, along with 11 other humans.

P.S see wasn't crazy in hrc!

Was everyone in the same zone?
I joined in on a guild event the other day, and a lot of us were spread all over Tamriel. I was able to have my companion out, even though the group was full.
May have something to do with the proximity to your other group mates?

Yep I saw both bastions once fight started.
