With Mirri as my companion, her Rapport is about 74 percent, and I have completed Mirri's two personal quests (so I now have Mirri as a House Guest). I have completed the quests; but I see Quest-Markers over the heads of Bastians.
I have unlocked my own Bastian, but I have not leveled-up Rapport to the point where he can give me his personal quests.
When Mirri and I are out adventuring, we might see half a dozen or more Bastians running around with Quest-Markers over their heads. It's gotta be a bug. It's either a bug, or the Bastian running with those players is signaling me that they'd rather leave their current player and come run Adventures with me? Or, maybe their Bastians are showing interest in my Mirri? Nah, gotta be a bug.

The markers went away once I finished both companions quests. But it always use to show up markers above other companions heads whenever I finished a dolmen with other people, not in group just doing the dolmen at the same time.
