question of questing

from this image..dont know if its an addon or what but im in this area and some quests are red..i assume these are quests i cannot do. yellow? im not sure and white ones have been completed or havent gotten to yet.

the red one are red because of choices i made with other quests? or those are red because i did a quest somewhere in the zone and now causes a conflict. if this is true how do i avoid that?

That colouring and list on the whole is due to your Community Leveling Guide addon, as shown in the bottom left. I don't have that addon so I don't know anything about it other than presumably that it lists all the quests in a zone, but those red quests in your list have prerequisite quests that you have not completed yet. They are situations where once you complete one quest, another will open up instantly either from the same questgiver or one in the immediate area.

To post pics in the forum, get your image hosted somewhere like Imgur (I see you already did that, but writing out the instruction in full for anyone else) or whatever, then you want to right click on your uploaded image to find the "Copy Image Address" option so that you have the specific path to the file. I'll look something like this:

But you don't copy the links directly, or they just show up like you see above.

Instead, look at the various buttons above the text field where you normally type your message. See the one that looks like a tiny picture, with "mountains" and a dot to represent a sun/moon? Click that, and it prompts you to insert your image link that you copied earlier. That'll insert an actual image into the post directly. It'll look like this in the text edit interface...

(and YES, you could also just manually type the [ img ] picaddress.jpug [ /img ] tags yourself, if you're so inclined!)

I'm not familiar with the addon and it's page on ESOUI.com only lists updates rather than explaining how it works, so I'm not sure what the colour coding means but I can tell you that quests which lock you out of other quests are relatively rare and always indicated in the dialogue box - when you go to select one choice the other will be red, indicating that you cannot change it. If you read/listen to what the NPCs are saying they usually make it clear as well because they'll ask you to make a choice and either it will be obvious from the options that they're mutually exclusive (e.g. do you want to kill someone or let them go) or they'll explicitly say that.

Based on the quests in your screenshot though I think it's probably that they're not available right now. 'One of the Undaunted' is available from multiple locations and you can only do it once, so if you've done it in another zone it won't show up in Stonefalls. All the other red and yellow ones have prequisite quests, meaning you can't start them until you complete another quest. They will probably unlock when you get to that point.
