So I finished Bastian's first quest a couple of hours ago and realized I forgot to open this box he gave me.

I don't know how I'll ever be able to repay this level of generosity.

Guys, chill.

They were way to busy properly balancing the Proc Sets, so that PvE and PvP players are both happy and build diversity is increased.
This one just slipped through the cracks.
