survey map check

Right after the maintenance tonight I went out and completed my leftover Survey maps. I had two Blacksmith Surveys for the same location and it appears to have consumed them both after only one pickup. I don't think I picked up any additional ore per node and I'm out of Survey maps to check again. I could be wrong though, Lost Treasure showed I had Quantity: 2 when I hovered over the marker, but was only able to pick them once, I checked my inventory and no more Surveys in my bags.

NA Server. It was the Western Skyrim Survey in the North West corner near Sword's Point Watchtower. I don't know if that would make any difference, I just need someone else to check with theirs since I don't have any more.
