So it isn't working, which I'm pretty sure alot of people are aware of and I'm unsure as to WHY it does not work. But what kills me even more about clever not working, if you search up clever on the forums it dates back to 2016 or probably even earlier on clever not working at some points. This is just ridiculous!

I had heard all sets didnt work after you go through a load screen. I heard you have to remove every piece and then put it back on so it works

Unequipping and Reequipping doesn't change the issue for Clever for me.

Isn't that set activated only when potion is used in combat? I was testing it and my hands were glowing only in combat.

If its bug, i am not surprised, with zos. Look at blocking. Nothing was changed on pts related to it and its still bugged on live.

Could be the combat change. I believe they changed it to only activate while in combat, so you can't pre-buff it anymore.

Before you could proc sets like that "in combat" by drinking a potion that poisoned you. That should not be the case anymore after the patch this year(?), but if that is what the Op's problem is, maybe OP wanna check that out and see if it still works.

I think people have huge misunderstanding on how testing in PTS and a live environment function. Everything can work perfectly in PTS and still have problems in live because as much as it would appear they are the same they are not the same. And potentially coding that works in the PTS may have unintended effects in the live version.

This is true of bug testing in pretty much any platform. I've tested software in DEV, everything works fine. And then in UAT, something isn't working the same. So the UAT issue is fixed, and then the Live version is released and there is another bug with the same function. It isn't that they weren't tested, it's that sometimes there is no way to catch some issues until they happen.

And those differences between versions could be almost anything. Server load due to players, Slight differences between the testing environments, etc.

If you have to unequip and requip the set for it to work every time you load somewhere else that means it isn't working as intended.

Yeah was the combat change. Reequipping and using in in combat resolves the issue
