Ghost stories...

Was running around Summerset today doing some quest and found the quest line in Ebon Stadmont and it made me think...
Are there any "ghost stories" in ESO in general, across all expansions and DLC's?
And I'm not asking about quests that have "a ghost" in them but more about spooky, a bit mysterious quests that leave players with not fully resolved conclusions.
Or quest that lead the player a certain path just to reveal at the end it wasn't really what was going on but more of a memory from the past...

Has anyone found anything like that?

Might not be what you are looking for but there are quests where spirits ask you to travel back into the memories of their past to somehow help them now.

There was that one quest where you can choose to release a vengeful ghost and it goes off... was that ever resolved?
