kaasbobkaas
Hello, i recently started to get some healer gear and i was wondering what set would be good with jorvulds if you have jorvulds 5 pieces of body (other then RO)

Some of it has to do with the content you run. Trials will want Olorime. In vet dungeons, Hollowfang, Sanctuary, or Winter's Respite are nice for boosting heals. Spell Power Cure and Zen's Redress are good for boosting group damage. In choosing between the two, it matters if your group is a strong DPS group versus a squishy group in a hard-hitting dungeon like Frostvault or Lair of Maarselok.

There are tons of other sets that are magic-DPS specific (Worm's Raiment), stamina-DPS specific (Hircine's Veneer), can boost the health of the group (Ebon, though its meh). Infallible Aether works as well to boost damage, though its a proc set.
As a DPS I like healers who keep the tank alive and give the group a damage boost, which I believe are the best ways for a healer to support. So whatever works for you

If you want dps to wear support sets make good ones like zen or ec, or just you know, stop expecting dps to wear support sets lol

I’ve had Sanctuary for years and never once been asked to wear it, and Winter’s is overkill outside of very new groups. I’ve legitimatelly only seen them in some Vet Cloudrest groups on tanks lol. Hollowfang’s gonna be replaced by the new healing set from rockgrove for a lotta groups

As far as the damage buff sets Infalliable Aether hasn’t been used in years, not since they gave nightblades and wardens minor vulnerability. Olorime’s sadly been replaced by Spell Power Cure so DPS can worry about DPS’ing and not standing in the circle

If the OP wants to pair it with something besides RO he’d be better off with something like Saxheel that actually benefits from the Jorvuld’s buff

@AuraStorm43 Oh, I agree. I primarily DPS and Tank and the sets I listed are the sets I see most in pug runs. Sanctuary and Winter's are probably the ones that seem to be most popular with newer healers, but I see tons of Hollowfang in the DLC runs. Organized groups are a much different animal as most guilds I'm in have certain sets for each trial. Was guessing that OP was looking more for pugging

Yeah fair enough winter’s is cheap on traders and its alright in pvp

Spell Power Cure, that overheal buff lasts longer.

Spellpower Cure, Olorime, Hollowfang and probably the new Saxhleel Champion (worn on jewelry and weapons) despite its stamina boni.
But even on its own Jorvulds is already pretty neat because it increases the duration of minor beserk from Combat Prayer, so don't feel bad if you are wearing a different set with Jorvulds.
This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.

Jorvulds makes named buffs last longer.
Sets like worm cult, winters respite, or hiti are not affected by it.
If you are in a trial or pvp setting and your healer buddy is on spell power cure duty and you don't have roaring opportunist, Jorvulds isn't a set you will get a ton of use from.
Depending on your skill level, in that situation I would go aggressive buff healer and PA/MK, or if that is not the right fit for your team or your skill level, ALL THE SUSTAIN and go hollowfang/worm cult (even tho hollow was nerfed to the ground)
If you just want a set to pair with Jorvulds for the sake of a set, gossamer.
I occasionally use gossamer when feeling heckin defensive, and I always pair it with Jorvulds because some idiot decided to make the duration of the proc 1 second.

I would settle if they give up on roaring and change part of as healer sets like they did with torugs
