[Perfect Scion] skill should be a toggle or cost way less to cast.

The morphs for vampire ultimate are so imbalanced.

Bat swarm is the defacto dps+defense ultimate for vampire.

What is the point of perfect scion if not for utility, so please tweak it to be utility. Otherwise it competes with it's own sibling morph that outperforms it.

If it is made to cost way less and become a toggle on/off skill then it can be made into something valuable in an entirely different way than just dps+defense.

Just to be clear.

A stage 4 vampire next to nothing from this morph but the ultimate is 216 cost which is reasonable.

A stage 1 vampire benefits from perfect scion but the morph cost is way over 300 and that is not going to get picked over all the other ultimates in the game.

I would like if casting drain would extend the duration of it. Otherwise if it was a toggle a lot of its values would have to be nerfed to make it balanced for a permanent effect.

Vampire in general needs another overhaul though. Negative effects aside, the mechanics aren't fun and all vampire builds feel the same when being a vampire should be a different spin on your class rather than trying to be its own class.

A toggle would make it far more useful than what it is now. It should not compete with the other morph at all. So if it becomes a toggle and has the 10k+health/10k+magicka/10k+stamina removed then good! At least it becomes a whole new option.
