How do you play ESO?

I play ESO PvP lying down with my head resting on three pillows, with the screen upside down, projected on my roof, in first person, with a controller. Oh and I forgot to mention the sunglasses I have on with the lights off.

Extremely comfortable. Everyone should try it!

I'm a.. solo completionist? I go through a zone and try to do everything solo. Anything I can't do I skip, but that seems to be rare.

I definitely can't leave a zone without getting all lore books, delves, quests, dolmens at the very least. I also only like going in faction/story order.

On the side, I disassemble everything and research traits on the off-chance I have been cured of my altitis and my current character is "the one".

My soulmate! I do everything the way you do.

My main, which I’ve played on from the start & which has the majority of the achievements, is the one whom I’ll take through the new zone first, doing all quests, delves, wb, skyshards etc.

As started pre-1 Tamriel, he’s done it all in ‘order’ - or at least one that gives main questline coherence.

On my 17 other chars, I generally follow the same path, but have become less dogmatic about following that perceived ‘correct’ order (generally as I dislike certain zones - Malabal Tor & Greenshade, Rivenspire & Stonefalls - but most of all Coldharbour - have to psych myself up to get through it as fast as possible as I just LOATHE the place)

But then I also pvp, do trials, and have a housing addiction.

It’s the fact that you can do such a variety of other stuff if one thing gets dull / tedious that keeps me logging in. Too much to do, not enough time!!

    If you too:
    • have maxed characters slots and also delete some regularly to make room for more
    • have "firmly" decided both magicka and stamina are for you at one point or another
    • have 50 champ points or fewer and maybe one or two 50s at most
    • have never finished a faction story
    • have never finished the main story
    • have seen at least 3 of the "new" tutorials
    • deconstruct and research traits on whatever new character you're currently playing

Then you are my spirit animal, my friend.

Although, I have pretty much decided that every class will bore me at one point or another, so now I'm trying to suck that up and just go with the easiest combo of magsorc or magplar. I just can't decide which one so I have both over 40 now (but actually also have wardens, necros, nightblades, dragonknights). Probably templar because no pets. Or sorc because critical surge. Or templar because I can see my character instead of a lightning storm. Or sorcerer because I think dunmer are pretty. Or templar because my breton can be a redhead. Or sorcerer because I could pull out all the pets if I needed to. Or templar because jabjabjabjab. Or... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
