[Bug] Disable opening cinematic video in usersettings.txt no longer works after Blackwood update

The game takes long enough to load without this video needing us to manually disable it every time we load up the game.
Having "SET SkipPregameVideos "1" " in usersettings.txt no longer works

Please fix it so we can turn it off permanently once we have seen it like before

I haven't seen an opening cinematic in forever, and it hasn't popped up yet as of last night after logging on a few times since the servers came back online yesterday.

Check to make sure that file isn't set read only - if it is, temporarily uncheck the Read only box, change the setting and save, then reset to read only.

This was the problem it was set to read only... You are all lovely thank you so much
