Quick question about proc set changes

With proc sets now scaling from damage/resource values, does anyone know if this affects healing proc sets like earthgore, if so which value do these now scale from?

Almost every damage from a proc set Scales on Spell damage or weapon damage, almost every healing from a proc set scale with max stamina or max magicka, the ones which not Scales like the other are the tank seta (like embershield to Say One or crimason Twilight) which Scales with max health some of them or with armor or Spell resistence the others.

So yes earthgore Scales on max stamina or max magicka (the higher One).
