No new Blackwood bard songs

While this would be understandable due to current events, I was wondering if there are indeed no new bard songs - or if this is a repeat of a bug that occurred with Greymoor where an early patch meant that the new bards similarly did not sing their new songs until they were fixed?
Or just, Bards in Leyawiin and Gideon are not singing.0 -
