I've been trying to figure out the final two leads, but I read that the last two leads are as follows:

1. Cradle of Shadows last boss.

2. "Remains-Silent" NPC in the Outlaw Refuge in Vivec City ( Any Outlaw Refuge works?)

Any confirmations on both?

    Both have been confirmed.

    Though the "remains silent" npc seems bugged for me. I have tried on 2 different characters and I didn't receive the lead. If it is RNG than that is stupid as there is a 20 hour cooldown between being able to try again.

    No wonder people were unable to find missing leads. They are so cryptic and it is 1st time they decided to put leads into DLC dungeons. Also one is in group arena that does not have group finder... so I guess a lot of people wont be able to get them (not necessary because they are bad or unskilled or something). Other thing is they added yet another lead to IC overland bosses... so we have double RNG now lol...

    They have so many possibilities left... And yet they have chose those spots for mythic leads... I am even afraid to think how it might look like in the future, with more & more mythic being added... They will have to lower leads per mythic to 3 or something, otherwise it is going to be mess... :#

    The dark brotherhood is ridiculous. The lead is locked behind RNG with an NPC you can interact with once every 20 hours 😂 I have tried it on 2 character and have failed on both to get the lead... So stupid...

    The dark brotherhood one is a joke. The whole “come back tommorrow “ is normally the downfall of MMOs

    Does it matter which outlaw's refuge I will use to interact with Dark Brotherhood supplier ?

    On ESO hub it is said to use Vivec City...

    Doesn't matter. I got my lead today at the Rimmen Outlaw Refuge. Ask for "any equipment".

    Didn't buy Blackwood, maybe ZOS want to trick me in buying. Well, guess I have to buy the new chapter earlier than I wanted to^^
