I know this has been happening for some time, but it still isn't fixed.

Usually with me it's burning. Now there's some sort of tether I've never seen before on me for that time.

Burning, Poisoned... One player in our group even had a Major Defile without any time running!

Minor defile this time around for me. We shouldn't have to leave cyrodiil to fix this ourselves or talk to sheogorath. @ZOS_GinaBruno

Just an update, this problem is still on-going. However, instead of going to sheogorath, delves remove the debuff. That isn't a solution though. Would this be considered game-breaking?

Still happening. @ZOS_KaiSchober or someone, please address this issue. It's bad when you get stuck in Cheesemonger's or a delve because of the Queue... Thanks.

I kid you not, and this is the first time it has ever happened, but I randomly caught on fire today. I had some weird strange DoT on me out of no where. No enemy in sight. Some strange crap is happening lately.

my one toon is a vampire and I do so love (not)having that burning on me for years. I'm not always in a position to jump in a delve or otherwise go in and out of cyrodil to get rid of it.

When it happens 2-3 times per session, coupled with the stuck in combat bug... it isn't an enjoyable experience.
