How does the Blackrose Dual-Wield work now? Currently I'm looking at a duration of 0s.

    That sounds like a glitch. I hope that your tooltip is wrong.

    I checked on both stamina toons I use the dual wield on and looked at the sticker book as well with all 10 toons I have, still 0s duration.
