Ranged skills are screwed currently. Poison Injection has 41 meters of it and still hits nothing thats not in Melee range. But they screwed combat overall, Melee is desynched, break free impossible, dodging delayed, but yay, Procs work...
Not just in keeps. Seems all ranged skills have a very short range now (some even less than half it's tooltip)

Confirmed in testing: all buffs to skill (and LA/HA) range do not work. That means Battle Spirit, the Alliance War passive and Propelling Shield.
As a sidenote, this now means that neither morph of Siege Shield works, since the other one still doesn't protect siege engines as far as I know (unless that was fixed) - so you might as well not spend a skill point on that skill and use the unmorphed version for the player protection.
I thought i missed a nerf on range somewhere. I felt like i read something about range in patch notes but i think i was making that up in my head. Hopefully this gets fixed. I play ranged support and pew pew from towers and back lines.
Range in general for almost all abilities seems to be messed up. Even on my dk with lava whip in pve, i have to be all the way up in there to get a hit on a mob. but yes ranged abilities it's more noticable. cannot even attack a flag guard from the top of a resource tower anymore.
