It's almost like they expect their player base to play the entire game, and add new content with that in mind.

I don't have a problem with the overall logic. But camping water plant nodes in Shadowfen barely counts as playing. Running in circles for hours in Bal Foyen/Bad Man's Hollows/etc killing trash mobs isn't really engaging gameplay for people running the more challenging PvE content.

TOTALLY AGREE!! I am SO frustrated and have an incredibly busy IRL and this is beyond reasonable to expect me to spend HOURS running my toon(s) around to find a lead that never appears after about 15 hours in 2.5 weeks.
