Group/dungeon finder completely broken

We were 3 guys trying to do vet Blessed Cruicible, but we couldn't start or cancel queue. When we invite someone to group, it tells them the group is full. We can't kick anyone, can't leave group, disband, NOTHING works. Not even going offline or going to Cyrodiil or IC works. We're stuck in a broken group right now and we can't do any dungeons. Anyone know a fix?
